Thomas is the founder and director of Crystal Clean Pro Solutions, responsible for the overall growth, operations and strategic direction of the business. Working closely with landlords, property managers, serviced accommodation providers and businesses, Thomas focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering reliable, high-quality cleaning solutions across Central Scotland. With a strong focus on quality control, professionalism and customer satisfaction, Thomas is dedicated to developing Crystal Clean into a trusted property services partner for Airbnb turnovers, HMO properties, commercial spaces and ongoing property maintenance requirements.

Operations Manager

Nicole plays a central role in the daily operations of Crystal Clean Pro Solutions, overseeing the smooth running of the business and ensuring every service is delivered to the high standards our clients expect. Responsible for managing day-to-day operations, Nicole coordinates cleaning schedules, manages the cleaning team, organises property requirements and ensures jobs are completed efficiently and professionally across our growing portfolio. Working closely with clients, cleaners and the wider team, Nicole plays a key role in maintaining quality control, resolving operational requirements and ensuring every property receives a consistent and reliable service.

Linen & Laundry Manager

Nicolle oversees the linen and laundry operations at Crystal Clean Pro Solutions, ensuring our serviced accommodation and property clients receive a reliable and efficient linen management service. Responsible for maintaining high standards across linen preparation, organisation and turnaround processes, Nicolle plays an important role in ensuring properties are consistently guest-ready. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality helps support the smooth running of our operations and the service standards our clients rely on.
