Hourly and fixed pricing by service type.

Rates below apply to standard cleaning requirements. Where a property needs additional work beyond the agreed scope, we will confirm a revised quotation before work commences.

Additional charges

Travel and scope adjustments.

Travel fee

Properties located more than 30 minutes from our base will incur a £10 travel charge.

Additional cleaning

Pricing is based on standard cleaning requirements. Properties requiring excessive cleaning, heavy soiling, biohazard cleaning, excessive pet hair, additional laundry or work beyond the agreed scope may require a revised quotation before work commences.

Payment terms

How and when payment is due.

Payment is due upon completion of the clean unless otherwise agreed.
We accept bank transfer and card payments.
Commercial clients may be invoiced on agreed payment terms.
Late payments may incur administration charges.
Regular clients may be offered weekly or monthly invoicing by prior agreement.

Cancellation policy

Notice periods and fees.

More than 48 hours' notice — no charge
Less than 24 hours' notice — 50% cancellation fee
Same-day cancellations or where access cannot be gained to the property — full booking charge may apply

Cleaning duration depends on the size and condition of the property.
Where additional cleaners are required, the hourly rate applies to each cleaner.
We reserve the right to amend quotations where the property's condition differs significantly from the information provided at the time of booking.
