Pricing
Landlord property cleaning follows our domestic hourly rates, charged per cleaner.
All hourly rates shown are per cleaner. Where two or more cleaners are required, the hourly rate is charged per cleaner.
- Standard Clean£25 per hour
- Deep Clean£35 per hour
Minimum booking requirements
- Standard Clean — minimum 3-hour booking
- Deep Clean — minimum 4-hour booking
We do not accept bookings below these minimum time requirements.
Properties located more than 30 minutes from our base will incur a £10 travel charge.
